Our CrossFit classes will maximize every workout. The workouts are designed to practice and train major lifts such as deadlifts, clean, squat, press, and snatch. You will also master the basics of gymnastics such as pull ups, dips, push ups, sit ups, and presses. Wall balls, box jumps, bike, row, run, etc. Our certified CrossFit instructor will lead you thru the daily WOD (The Workout Of the Day), and will mix these elements in as many combinations as creativity will allow. CrossFit is the principal strength and conditioning program for many police academies, military units, champion martial artists, and many other elite athletes worldwide.

Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, and holds. Bike, run, row, etc, hard and fast. We will have a certified instructor lead the daily WOD and will mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep workouts short and intense. Regularly learn and play new sports and get ready to achieve Victory.
This CrossFit program is designed for universal scalability making it the perfect application for any committed individual regardless of experience. We’ve used our same routines for elderly individuals with heart disease and cage fighters one month out from televised bouts. We scale load and intensity. We don’t change programs.
